Managed IT services means an outside team runs your IT for a fixed monthly fee instead of billing by the hour when something breaks. With us that is $99 or $150 per user per month in the Lower Mainland, including unlimited support, 24/7 threat detection, automatic updates, device management and site visits.
Every plan covers support, protection and management. Complete adds backups, email security, training and planning.

Ask for the price in writing, per user. If a provider will not tell you what you will pay until after a sales call, expect the number to be built around what they think you can afford. Our prices are on our pricing page.
Ask who answers the phone. Many providers route calls to a ticket queue or an overseas help desk. Ask for a typical response time and test it before you sign.
Ask what security is included. Antivirus alone is not enough in 2026. Look for 24/7 managed detection and response with real people watching, multi-factor sign-in for everyone, email filtering and patching.
Ask about backups and how fast you get files back. A provider should be able to explain where your data is copied, how often, and how long a restore takes.
Ask about the contract. Long lock-ins protect the provider, not you. We do not require an annual contract.
Ask for references. Talk to a current client of a similar size. We will connect you with ours.
