Short answer

How much does a VoIP phone system cost for a small business in Vancouver?

With us, setup is free for every user on a managed plan. You pay VoIP.ms directly: about $1.10/month per local number, $1.50/month for 911 service, and fractions of a cent per minute. Desk phone hardware is quoted up front. Most offices pay a few dollars a month in phone service.

How it works

How we set it up.

Free setup for everyone

How we set it up

Example: a 25-person office in Surrey.

Step by step

  1. We plan it with you. Main number, who rings where, the after-hours message and who gets which voicemails.
  2. We order the phones. We pick the right desk phones for each person. Hardware is quoted up front.
  3. We keep your number. Your existing numbers move over free, so nothing needs reprinting.
  4. We program everything. Extensions, a "press 1 for sales" menu, ring groups, a hold queue, business hours and caller ID.
  5. We install it at every desk. Each phone is tested: calls in, calls out, voicemail and your 911 address.
  6. We show your team. A 15-minute walkthrough, plus the app so staff can take office calls on their cell.
